PSR Research and Consultancies (PSR) was established in 2019 with the aim of advocating for and realizing gender equity and inclusion within social, environmental, governance and other development process of Nepal and other parts of the world. Established by a Nepali woman professional extensively engaged in the development sector, PSR’s primary mission is to mainstream and institutionalize social and gender concerns into the country development process. The founder essentially believes the development process in the coming future will remain hindered without mainstreaming and ensuring full engagement and participation of women, youth and the socially excluded and marginalised communities in Nepal, as well as in other parts of the world.
